Yes. Cases can use dedicated mailbox addresses so inbound emails and attachments can be attached directly to the correct case and reviewed from the case inbox step.
What does Document Intelligence do?
For Pro workspaces, indexed documents can produce a quick case summary covering key people, important dates, document types, IDs, possible missing documents, and OCR or indexing issues.
