Before contacting support

Clear context helps support guide adoption and triage requests without asking you to expose unnecessary sensitive case details.

Use the same email address associated with your Caseflow account.
Include the workflow, adoption stage, page, or plan when relevant.
For inheritance matters, mention whether the question involves family records, estate administration, legal position, or documents.
Share only the sensitive case details needed to explain the issue.
Authenticated accounts can use the in-app support center for workspace-specific requests.

Support for adoption and daily operations

Support is organized around adoption, account access, onboarding, workflow configuration, billing, privacy, security, and AI data handling. Caseflow does not ask you to paste full sensitive case files into a support request.

Access, billing, and account recovery issues should include the affected account email and workspace context.
Security or suspected unauthorized-access reports should include only the minimum sensitive detail needed for triage.
Workflow and onboarding questions should include the module, current setup stage, the tools you are replacing, and the operational outcome you need.
AI privacy or document-access concerns should include the feature used, affected record type, and observed behavior.

Trust and compliance resources

For procurement, privacy review, security review, or AI governance questions, start with the Trust Center and contact support when you need product-specific clarification.
