- Do not disrupt the Service, overload infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, interfere with another tenant, or defeat logging and safety controls.
- Responsible security research must be reported through support and must avoid privacy harm, persistence, extortion, public disclosure before remediation, and data destruction.
3. People, Content, and Communications
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil a person.
- Do not distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking content, extremist content, or instructions to facilitate serious harm.

- Do not publish living relatives’ sensitive family information through public links without authority and appropriate safeguards.
4. AI Restrictions
- Do not use AI output as an unreviewed basis for legal, employment, credit, insurance, health, law-enforcement, migration, or similarly high-impact decisions.
- Do not use AI for prohibited manipulation, social scoring, unlawful biometric categorization, indiscriminate facial-image scraping, or other prohibited practices.
- Do not misrepresent generated content as verified evidence, an official record, or advice from Caseflow.
- Do not submit data to AI features when your contract, professional duty, or law prohibits that processing.
5. Enforcement and Review
We may investigate, limit, remove, preserve, or report content and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, the Service, or legal compliance. Measures should be proportionate to risk. Where required, we provide reasons and a route to contest a decision through support. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination and referral to authorities.
